The Beauty for a Better Life: E-Beauty Advisor Program, by the City Government of San Juan, L’Oréal Philippines, and Spark! Philippines, which was originally scheduled last September 23, 2026 will be held tomorrow, September 29, 2026, at 1:00 PM at the Makabagong San Juan Theater inside our Makabagong San Juan National Government Center.
The program aims to provide aspiring San Juaneño content creators with opportunities to learn more about beauty, content creation, and digital skills, while developing new skills and gaining tools they can use in their content creation journey.
Participants will receive a Training Kit containing:
1. One Tote Bag
2. One Customized T-Shirt
3. One 14-piece Makeup Brush Set with Pouch
4. One 4-piece Makeup Sponge Set
5. One Makeup Mirror
6. One Eyelash Curler
7. One Clip-On USB Phone Fill Light for Live Streaming
Participants will also receive L’Oréal make up, skincare and haircare products, including:

Participants will also receive a total allowance of PHP 500, covering:
• Transportation for the launch – PHP 50.00
• Transportation for the graduation – PHP 50.00
• Internet allowance for Content 1 – PHP 100.00
• Internet allowance for Content 2 – PHP 100.00
• Internet allowance for Content 3 – PHP 100.00
