 The San Juan City Police Station, under the Eastern Police District of the Philippine National Police is located at #3 Santolan Road, San Juan City with PSSUPT RAINIER A ESPINA as the Chief of Police. Peace and order is a right of the people in a community, the authorities concern including the LGU should ensure that every resident is physically and emotionally experiencing peace & order.Undoubtedly, it is the role of the police, as the principal law enforcement agency to preserve public ordein our community.

Here in San Juan City, the organization aspires to becomea highly capable, effective and credible police service working in partnership with a responsive community towards the attainment of a safer place to live, work and do business by 2030 as signified in their vision in order to serve it’s people efficiently and effectively. Hence, their mission is to enforce the law, prevent and control crimes, maintain peace and order and ensure public safety and internal security with the active support of the community.

To quote PSSUPT. Espina in his message “ As the Chief of Police of this station, it is my directive to all Police Station 4 Personnel to strictly adhere to the PNP’s mandated task “TO SERVE & PROTECT”. We may not be as perfect as you want us to be but that is the challenge we want to take. With the weapons we have: COURAGE, COOPERATION, DETERMINATION & STRONG FAITH IN GOD, we will remain as one of the “Most Peaceful City” in the country. “Makadiyos, Makabayan, Makatao at Makakalikasan, sa Tungkulin aming karangalan Ihandog ang Iisang Buhay”, stated Chief of Police.

This Station has a total strength of 222 uniformed personnel, broken down into (18 Police Commission Officers, 204 Police Non-Commission Officers) with 13 Non- Uniform Personnels. They are distributed to the different Police Commission Precintss and Section/Units of this Station. In a strict implementation of the different Deployment Scheme of the Higher Headquarters, 90% of the personnel are deployed in the field while only 10% were left in the Police Station doing administrative works.
