Applying/Renewing a Business Permit

ABOUT THE SERVICE:

        ALL BUSINESS ESTABLISHMENTS are required to secure Mayor’s Permit and pay business taxes, commensurate regulatory fees and charges before they start of commercial operations. The License must be renewed from January 1 to 20, every year unless an extension is granted by the Sanggunian through an ordinance. Penalties are imposed after this period.

New Business:

      1. SEC Registration (Corp.)/DTI Registration (Single proprietorship)
      2. Barangay Clearance
      3. Contract of Lease/Tax Receipt (Amillar)
      4. Location Clearance
      5. Fire Clearance
      6. Sanitary Permit
      7. Picture of Establishment
      8. Duly Accomplished Business Application Form

 

Optional:               

      1. Building Administrator Certificate
      2. Occupational Permit
      3. PESO Certificate
      4. BFAD/NFA/POES/DOE Certificate
      5. Central Bank Certification
      6. Assessor’s Clearance
      7. TRB Clearance
      8. Certificate of Product Registration (Issued by DOH for water Purification equipment and device)
      9. NTC License (for cellphone Repair/Retailer)
      10. DTI Accreditation (for Electronic Services)

 

Renewal:

      1. Previous Mayor’s Permit to Operate
      2. Previous Official Receipt
      3. Quarterly VAT/Monthly Percentage Tax/Income Tax Return
      4. Barangay Clearance
      5. Locational Clearance
      6. Fire Clearance
      7. Duly signed Business application Form

 

Optional:       

      1. Financial Statement Received by SEC
      2. Occupational Permit
      3. Bldg., Administrator Certificate
      4. PESO Certificate
      5. BFAD/NFA/POES/DOE Certificate
      6. Central Bank Certification
      7. Assessor’s Clearance

        Monday to Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (NO NOON BREAK)

HOW TO AVAIL OF THE SERVICE:

1 Proceed to the Business Permit and Licensing Office (BPLO). Secure application form and other requirements and make clarificatory inquiries BPLO/Customer Service Representative Upper Ground 10 minutes
