ISSUES

Based on the data captured form (DCF) which is the basis for creating the Barangay Agenda and Governance and Development, barangay pasadena has failed to comply on the requirement to appoint a Barangay Human Rights Action Officer and to establish an office space for the aforementioned position.

Brgy. Pasadena has also not updated its registered Barangay Inhabitants (RBI). The documented RBI of barangay Pasadena were gathered mainly from the residents living in the depressed area.

There is also need for improvement of administration office and other barangay facilities to accommodate constituents and equiptment needed for everyday services.
