GOOD NEWS FOR ALL SAN JUANEÑOS!
The Land Transportation Office-San Juan District Office is extending a special FREE THEORETICAL DRIVING COURSE (TDC) for student permit for 40 San Juaneños, on a first come, first served basis. The 2-day session will be on September 22-23, 2025.
For interested participants, you may register at the Traffic and Parking Management Office, Lower Ground Floor, San Juan City Hall, starting tomorrow, September 17, 2025, from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Participants are strongly encouraged to proceed applying for Student Permit as soon as they receive their Certificates of Completion on September 23. The Student Permit Application and Medical Certification will be available onsite.
Please note, however, all related expenses will be at the applicant's own expense.
