Deals with the 21 barangays of San Juan City thus its barangay officials. The BOC head act as the Administrative and Operational Arm of the City Government on barangay matters. The Office is one of the major conduits in attaining the goals and in achieving the mission, vision and thrusts of the City Mayor towards the growth and development of the barangays as well as in strengthening barangay initiatives and actions in the delivery of necessary services to the constituents of San Juan City. The BOC designs programs like the Talakayan sa Barangay, Likewise, the office takes charge of the issuance of certifications for elected barangay officials and service records of barangay officials. The BOC also regularly informs the barangays about the various city ordinance and coordinates the social and cultural programs and projects of the city government.
