The City Tourism and Cultural Affairs Office (CTCAO) is the office created to promote the City of San Juan’s historical sites and places to local and foreign tourists. It also serves as the local implementing arm of the Department of Tourism through the creation of programs and activities following the thrust of the Department and the Local Government. CTCAO envisions the City of San Juan to be one of the country’s premier tourist destination contributing to the realization of the city’s vision to become the Makabagong San Juan.
