The City Government of San Juan, thru the City Investment Promotion Center (CIPC), aims to attract new investments, both local and foreign, retain existing investments, and encourage business expansions by creating a business-friendly environment that shall promote economic development and generate income for the City. Incentives are given to qualified new enterprises or existing enterprises who expand and diversify their projects.
