The Task Force Disiplina was created by virtue of Ordinance # 18 series of 2001 – An ordinance authorizing the Office of the Mayor to form a “Special Operations Group” under the Office of the Mayor to be known as the “Task Force Disiplina” (TFD) that will Implement All Existing City Ordinances and Their Penalty Clauses as provided by law.
