CITY ORDINANCE NO. 4
Series of 2022
WHEREAS, on 6 December 2021, the City Council of San Juan enacted City Ordinance No. 68, Series of 2021 authorizing the Annual Budget of the City Government of San Juan for Fiscal Year 2022;
WHEREAS, Ms. Liza SJ. Tiomico, City Budget Officer, wrote a letter addressed to the Honorable Vice Mayor Jose Warren Villa and Honorable Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod informing the City Council that they have unintentionally submitted to the City Council an incorrect and/or outdated copy of page number two (2) of the draft which contained the summary of appropriation per department;
WHEREAS, it is needed to amend that certain portion of the City Ordinance in order to accurate the amount under the Personal Services appropriation under the Mayor’s Office due to the unintentional typographical error.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED, AS IT IS HEREBY ORDAINED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod of the City of San Juan, Metro Manila in a session duly assembled, THAT:
SECTION 1.AMENDMENT- Under the Personal Services of the Mayor’s Office appropriation on Section 3 of San Juan City Ordinance No. 68, Series of 2022 is hereby amended as follows:

SECTION 2. SEPARABILITY CLAUSE- If any part of this Ordinance is declared invalid or unconstitutional, the other parts or provisions hereof shall remain, valid and effective.
SECTION 3. REPEALING CLAUSE- All previous issuances, resolutions, executive orders, and ordinances inconsistent with this Ordinance are hereby repealed, amended or modified accordingly.
SECTION 4. The issuance, authority and approval hereof is subject to compliance by all concerned with all existing laws, circulars, issuances, COA rules and regulations on purchases, expenditures, appropriation and procurement.
SECTION 5. EFFECTIVITY- This Ordinance is effective upon approval hereof.
