CITY RESOLUTION NO. 66
Series of 2022
WHEREAS, DPWH is tasked to undertake the Improvement of Bikes Lanes in total amount of P 47,300,000.00 at the following streets:
a. Ortigas Avenue (Connecticut-Santolan), West Bound, San Juan City
b. Ortigas Avenue (Connecticut-Santolan), East Bound, San Juan City
c. Wilson Street, San Juan City (Both sides)-Local Road
d. N. Domingo Street, San Juan City (Both sides)
WHEREAS, the City Government of San Juan has agreed to accept and commits to undertake the repair/maintenance of bike lanes in all local roads thereof for the safety of the motorists/general public.
WHEREAS, the City Legal Officer has certified that the MOA is in order and not contrary to existing laws, rules and regulations;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD OF THE CITY OF SAN JUAN, AND BY VIRTUE OF THE POWERS VESTED IN IT BY LAW, in a session duly assembled, to authorize the City Mayor Francisco Javier M. Zamora, to enter into a MOA with DPWH-NCR for the implementation of Improvement of Bike Lanes in the City of San Juan;
RESOLVED FURTHER, that the authority, issuance and approval hereof is subject to certain restrictions and to all existing laws, circulars, rules and regulations.
