CITY RESOLUTION NO. 69
Series of 2022
WHEREAS, Pitmaster Foundation Inc., is the registered owner of a motor vehicle (ambulance);
WHEREAS, due to the generosity and appreciation and in support to the national and local government’s health programs, Pitmaster Foundation Inc. wishes to give, transfer and conveys full ownership ofone (1) unit Land Ambulance (with medical supplies and accessories) to the City Government of San Juan;
WHEREAS, the City Legal Officer has certified that the Deed of Donation is in order and not contrary to existing laws, rules and regulations;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Sangguniang Panlungsod of the City of San Juan, in a session duly assembled, to accept, for and in behalf of the City Government of San Juan the donation of Pitmaster Foundation Inc. and to sign the Deed of Donation.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that the authority, issuance and approval hereof is subject and conditioned upon compliance to certain restrictions and to all existing laws, circulars, rules and regulations.
