CITY RESOLUTION NO. 88
Series of 2022
WHEREAS, the City Government of San Juan is a local government unit in the forefront of the fight against the COVID-19;
WHEREAS, LT Group Inc. has freely and voluntarily given, transferred and conveyed by way of donation to the City Government of San Juan Two Hundred Thousand (200,000) pcs. of single use surgical masks (BYD KN 95 & EGIS KN 95);
WHEREAS, the City Legal Officer has certified that the Deed of Donation is in order and not contrary to existing laws, rules and regulations;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Sangguniang Panlungsod of the City of San Juan, in a session duly assembled, to accept, for and in behalf of the City Government of San Juan the donation of LT Group Inc. and to sign the Deed of Donation.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that the authority, issuance and approval hereof is subject and conditioned upon compliance to certain restrictions and to all existing laws, circulars, rules and regulations.
