Legislative Information Tracking and Administration System

WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Panlungsod must organize standing committees and designate officers of the City Council for better administrative control, referral and deliberation of proposed ordinances or resolutions filed before the Sangguniang Panlungsod;

WHEREAS, the committees shall investigate and conduct hearings as deemed necessary prior to any final discussion and deliberation of ordinances and resolutions submitted by the committees to be taken up by the Sangguniang Panlungsod.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the City Council of San Juan to organize and approve the organizational set up of the 7th City Council’s standing committees and officer.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that the following standing committees and its members shall be as follows:
