CITY RESOLUTION NO. 13
Series of 2022
WHEREAS, DENR-EMB has freely and voluntarily given, transferred, and conveyed by way of donation to the City Government of San Juan the following:
a. One (1) unit of a biodegradable waste shredder with a minimum capacity of 250 kilograms, powered by 12 HP diesel engine with an electric and manual start, composed of shredding chamber; shredder blades; and
b. One (1) unit of the composer with a capacity of 1,000 kilograms per batch for every 24 hours operation powered by five (5) HP by an electric motor, 220v, 60hz, single phase with speed reducer 1:10 type 120.
WHEREAS, the City Legal Officer has certified that the Deed of Donation is in order and not contrary to existing laws, rules and regulations;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Sangguniang Panlungsod of the City of San Juan, in a session duly assembled, to accept, for and in behalf of the City Government of San Juan the donation of DENR-EMB and to sign the Deed of Donation;
RESOLVED FURTHER, that the authority, issuance and approval hereof is subject and conditioned upon compliance to certain restrictions and to all existing laws, circulars, rules and regulations.
