CITY RESOLUTION NO. 15

WHEREAS, the City Government of San Juan is a local government unit in the forefront of the fight against the COVID-19;
WHEREAS, Dong-A Pharma Phils., Inc. has freely and voluntarily given, transferred and conveyed by way of donation to the City Government of San Juan:

WHEREAS, the City Legal Officer has certified that the Deed of Donation is in order and not contrary to existing laws, rules and regulations;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod of the City of San Juan, in a session duly assembled, to accept, for and in behalf of the City Government of San Juan the donation of Dong-A Pharma Phils., Inc. and to sign the Deed of Donation.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that the authority, issuance and approval hereof is subject and conditioned upon compliance to certain restrictions and to all existing laws, circulars, rules and regulations.
