WHEREAS, Appropriation Ordinance No. 9, Series of 2021 of Barangay Kabayanan authorizing its Annual Budget for Fiscal Year 2022, involving an appropriation of Thirteen Million Nine Hundred Sixteen Thousand Two Hundred Thirteen Pesos and 52/100 (P13,916,213.52), was submitted to the Sangguniang Panlungsod for review pursuant to the provision of Republic Act (R.A.) No. 7160;

WHEREAS, the subject Appropriation Ordinance shows substantial compliance with the same law and its Implementing Rules and Regulations;

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod of the City of San Juan, Metro Manila in a session duly assembled declaring the Appropriation Ordinance No. 9, Series of 2021 of Barangay Kabayanan, City of San Juan, Metro Manila involving the total amount Thirteen Million Nine Hundred Sixteen Thousand Two Hundred Thirteen pesos and 52/100 (P 13,916,213.52) as operative in its entirety.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that the authority, issuance and approval hereof is subject to certain restrictions and to all existing laws and COA rules and regulations on appropriations, expenditures and procurement.

RESOLVED FINALLY, that copies of this Resolution be furnished to all agencies concerned.
