WHEREAS, Atty. Dennis Ernesto G. Ruiz, City Human Resource Development Officer, has requested the Sangguniang Panlungsod to pass a resolution confirming the appointment of Atty. Dennis Albert S. Pamintuan to the position of City Government Department Head II (City Administrator) on a coterminous status effective upon approval, as provided for under Section 8 of Republic Act No. 9388 requiring the appointment of City Administrator in all local governments and in connection with the requirement of the Civil Service Commission relative to the appointment of personnel to executive/managerial positions;

WHEREAS, head of offices and departments in the Local Government Unit shall be appointed by the Local Chief Executive concerned with concurrence of the majority of all the members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod of the City of San Juan, in a session duly assembled, accepts/confirms the appointment of Atty. Dennis Albert S. Pamintuan, as City Government Department Head II (City Administrator), City Government of San Juan, Metro Manila on a coterminous status effective July 1, 2022.
