WHEREAS, there is a need for a Resolution coming from the different Municipalities and Cities which would confirm the appointment of their representative to the Metro Manila Councilors’ League(MMCL);

WHEREAS, as per City Resolution No. 99, Series of 2022, Councilor Kit R. Peralta having been elected and chosen to represent the City of San Juan to the Metro Manila Councilors’ League(MMCL), needs a Resolution which would confirm Councilor Peralta as the official representative of the City of San Juan and its Sangguniang Panlungsod to the Metro Manila Councilors’ League (MMCL);

WHEREAS, the Metro Manila Councilors’ League requires all members of the City Council including the ex-officio members to pay their membership fees and term dues;

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED to officially designate Hon. Councilor Kit R. Peralta as the Official Representative of the City Council of San Juan to the Metro Manila Councilors’ League (MMCL).

RESOLVED FURTHER, AS IT HEREBY FURTHER RESOLVED to urge the Sangguniang Panlungsod Members to give their utmost support to Honorable Councilor Kit R. Peralta as the Official Representative to the Metro Manila Councilors’ League (MMCL);

RESOLVED FINALLY, that a copy of this Resolution be furnished to the DILG and all other agencies concerned.
