WHEREAS, Mr. Jarred Owen L. Noda is a resident of No. 48 Barcelona Street, Barangay Sta. Lucia of this city and the son of Mr. Jin Owen R. Noda and Ms. Jisabel M. Bruce;

WHEREAS, 19th Swim League Philippines Cup and 3rd Paraiso Ni Baste Swimming Cupare event where sports bring together young people from the National Capital Region to apply their skills in challenging swimming competitions;

WHEREAS, competing against top athletes from National Capital Region, a student from San Juan City Science High School, Jarred Owen L. Noda won various medals in the high school category of this year’s swimming competition such as:

WHEREAS, Mr. Jarred Owen L. Noda is a good role model to other students in the City of San Juan and will motivate them to excel in sports;

WHEREAS, such feat brings great esteem and prestige to the City of San Juan because it shows that students of this city are not behind from their counterparts in the field of sports due to the city government’s commitment of providing quality training in sports;

WHEREAS, as per City Ordinance No. 33, Series of 2022. Mr. Jarred Owen L. Noda is entitled to receive cash incentives under the NCR category.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Sangguniang Panlungsod of the City of San Juan, Metro Manila in a session duly assembled, to recognize and commend the student of San Juan City Science High School, Jarred Owen L. Noda for winning in various swimming competitions, that gave honor and pride to the City of San Juan and granting his cash incentives as per City Ordinance No. 33 Series of 2022.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that a copy of this Resolution be given to Mr. Jarred Owen L. Noda and other concerned offices for their information.
