WHEREAS, Appropriation Ordinance No. 2, Series of 2022 ofBarangay San Perfecto authorizing its Supplemental Budget No. 1 for Fiscal Year 2022, involving an appropriation of One Million Eight Hundred Seventy Five Thousand Pesos Only (P1,875,000.00), was submitted to the Sangguniang Panlungsod for reviewpursuant to the provision of Republic Act (R.A.) No. 7160;

WHEREAS, the subject Appropriation Ordinance shows substantialcompliance with the same law and its Implementing Rules and Regulations;

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod of the City of San Juan, Metro Manila in a session duly assembled declaring the AppropriationOrdinance No. 2, Series of 2022 of Barangay San Perfecto, City of San Juan, Metro Manila involving the total amount of One Million Eight Hundred Seventy Five Thousand Pesos Only (P1,875,000.00) as operative in its entirety.

RESOLVED FURTHER,that the authority, issuance and approval hereof is subject to certain restrictions and to all existing laws and COA rules and regulations on appropriations, expenditures and procurement.

RESOLVED FINALLY, that copies of this Resolution be furnished to all agencies concerned.
