WHEREAS, Analytika Laboratory, with Accreditation Number 13-004-2123-LW-2, issued by the Department of Health (DOH) National Capital Region Office, is a duly registered and accredited water testing laboratory primarily engaged in the business of performing water testing/analysis and other related services;

WHEREAS, the City Government of San Juan is in need of a service provider to perform water testing/analysis in 26 Sampling points-located around San Juan City;

WHEREAS, the Analytika Laboratory offered its services to the City Government of San Juan representing that it possesses the requisite experience, capability, technology, manpower, skills, quality materials, chemical, equipment and financial resources to complete the services required by the City Government of San Juan;

WHEREAS, the City Legal Officer has reviewed the pertinent documents related to this matter and has duly certified that the Water Testing Contract is in order and not contrary to existing laws, rules and regulations and that the City Mayor may sign the same.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, BY THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD OF SAN JUAN, AND BY VIRTUE OF THE POWERS VESTED IN IT BY LAW, to authorize the City Mayor, Honorable Francisco Javier M. Zamora, to enter into Water Testing Contract with Analytika Laboratory to perform Water Testing Services in 26 sampling points in the territory of San Juan City.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that the authority, issuance and approval hereof is subject to certain restrictions and to all existing laws, circulars, rules, and regulations.
