Legislative Information Tracking and Administration System

WHEREAS, pursuant to Memorandum Circular 2019-114 of the Department of Interior Local Government (DILG) and with the fresh mandate of all newly elected officials, all Local Government Units (LGUs) are enjoined to prepare and establish development priorities and the thrust of both the executive and legislative branches of the government for three (3) years;

WHEREAS, the Executive-Legislative Agenda (ELA) sets the local government’s strategic directions for the next years and provided an explicit expression of the present administration’s goals, objective, strategic priorities and programs that are consistent with the City’s vision and mission;

WHEREAS, the formation of the ELA involved the participation of various stakeholders in the community in its various stages, from needs identification to planning and implementation, monitoring and evaluation;

WHEREAS, the ELA represents the collective aspirations, needs priorities of the local community and therefore enjoys broad-based support;

WHEREAS, the Executive Department and the Legislative Department of the City of San Juan, Metro Manila, have convened and mutually agreed to formulate the Executive-Legislative Agenda for years 2022-2025 with consultation with all the agencies concerned.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Sangguniang Panlungsod, in a session duly assembled, do hereby ADOPTS and APPROVES the Executive-Legislative Agenda for years 2022-2025 of the City of San Juan, Metro Manila.

RESOLVED FINALLY, that a copy of this Resolution be furnished to all concerned national and local agencies.
