WHEREAS, Barangay Council of Addition Hills has conducted hearing/s and has approved Barangay Ordinance No. 04, Series of 2022;

WHEREAS, the Committee on Barangay Affairs of the Sanggunaing Panlungsod has conducted hearing on December 1, 2022 to review and scrutinize the submitted barangay ordinance;

WHEREAS, upon thorough deliberation, the committee found that Barangay Addition Hills Ordinance No. 04, Series of 2022 to be in order and consistent with law and ordinance and has been approved the same on committee level.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod of the City of San Juan, in a session duly assembled, that Barangay Addition Hills Ordinance No. 04, Series of 2022 entitled: “An Ordinance creating the Barangay Addition Hills Medical Expenses Reimbursement Fund for the implementation of the Barangay Medical Expenses Reimbursement Assistance Program and authorizing the Barangay Treasurer to disburse and reimburse medical expenses from the fund to qualified beneficiaries.” is found to be consistent with law and ordinance and is therefore valid.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that the approval hereof is subject to compliance to all existing laws, circulars, memoranda and rules and regulations.

RESOLVED FINALLY, that the copies of this Resolution be furnished to all concerned agencies.
