WHEREAS, there is a need to pass an updated Comprehensive Land Use Plan (CLUP) for the Years 2022 to 2031;

WHEREAS, three (3) public consultation meetings were conducted and the same were attended by various inter-agencies of the national government, barangay representatives, non-governmental organizations and residents of different barangay units of the City of San Juan;

WHEREAS, four (4) en banc hearings and two (2) public hearings were likewise conducted by the Sangguniang Panlungsod presided over by City Vice Mayor Jose Warren P. Villa and the Committee on Urban Planning, Land, Housing and Resettlement which was attended by the Executive Committee and the City Development Council in order to review and to make the necessary amendments to the recommended Comprehensive Land Use Plan (CLUP).

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as it is hereby resolved by the Sangguniang Panlungsod of the City of San Juan, Metro Manila, in a session duly assembled, do hereby Adopts and Approves the Comprehensive Land Use Plan (CLUP) of the City of San Juan for Years 2022 to 2031, copy of which consisting of two (2) volumes namely: Volume I – Comprehensive Land Use Plan, Volume 3 - Sectoral and Special Studies, Executive Summary and all the official maps issued by the Local Zoning Administration Office and City Development and Planning Department is hereby declared as an integral part of this Resolution.
