BREAKING: San Juan City Mayor Francis Zamora has issued executive orders (EO) encouraging employees to get vaccinated against COVID-19 and businesses to provide incentives and discounts to vaccinated individuals.
The San Juan LGU said Monday that Zamora has issued EO No. 81, which encourages all employees of business establishments allowed to operate in the city to get vaccinated.
Executive Order No. 82, meanwhile, encourages businesses in the city allowed to operate under general community quarantine to provide incentives or discounts to vaccinated customers.
“Both EOs are part of the vaccination program in San Juan City,” Zamora said in a statement.
He noted that providing incentives and discounts to vaccinated individuals will motivate more people to get vaccinated against coronavirus.
